SUBJECT: This delightful sunny corner, with bleached wooden seats and flowering shrub in a tub, was found in the gardens of Mottistone Manor on the Isle of Wight. The impressive windows and stone walls of the Manor house provide a dramatic backdrop. Mottistone Manor gardens are managed by the National Trust and opened to the public from early spring until the end of autumn annually. The Manor, which dates back to the 15th and 16th centuries, is privately occupied and only open to the public on one day each year.
